This development program is designed to be a launch pad for a fulfilling and successful career at Canadian Tire, helping us to continue to build an innovative, world-class Canadian Tire Retail team. The program consists of three progressive eight-month rotations in Merchandising Decision Support, Experimentation, and Business Intelligence.The associate will perform a variety of activities within the rotations related to Data Science & Analytics. These activities may include:\xc2\xb7 Data Science/Advanced Analytics: Provide subject matter expertise and create a broad range of data driven solutions by applying a variety of techniques to build out complex models.\xc2\xb7 Business Insight Analyst: Responsible for providing subject matter expertise, analytics, and insights to recommend actions that will enable optimal business decisions and/or resolve complex business problems.
