About The Role

Are you an innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated student that is looking to exercise their entrepreneurial spirit in the workplace? FTI Consulting is looking to invest in your future and the future of FTI Consulting by considering you for a full-time Consultant opportunity upon graduation.

Candidates graduating December 2023 would jumpstart their career at FTI Consulting in early 2024 and those graduating May/June 2024 would jumpstart their career with FTI Consulting between July \xe2\x80\x93 September 2024.

What You Will Do

As a Consultant, you will become a member of the Canadian team, working closely with our diverse team of professionals and senior leaders to support FTI Consulting in meeting our clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. The Construction, Projects, & Assets (\xe2\x80\x9cCP&A\xe2\x80\x9d) team operates in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment of FTI Consulting. The CP&A team works with owners, contractors, and third-party stakeholders of construction projects to assist in the planning, execution, and/or closeout of various construction practices. The focus of the Canadian CP&A practice is to support contractors and owners in disputes concerning construction project delivery. FTI Consulting is commonly engaged to quantify and substantiate delay and damages claims. Engagements often call upon FTI Consulting to provide expert opinions on construction issues for the purposes of litigation, arbitration, and adjudication. The CP&A team is an international practice, with both offices and current engagements around the world.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or completing a fifth-year master\xe2\x80\x99s program with a graduation date between December 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 May 2024.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Majors: Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management
