Job Title 2023 Winter Co-op Student Marketing Coordinator



What will you do?

• Assist with driving tangible results through executing Ampli's growth marketing strategy and campaigns within owned channels in an effort to increase awareness and acquisition of new users through the Refer a Friend program.
• Support the day-to-day execution of Ampli growth and engagement initiatives to hit DAU KPIs
• Serve as the liaison between Ampli product marketing and cross-functional partners like the CRM, Creative, Partnerships, Data, and Operations teams.
• Oversight of campaign creative development including briefs, and managing stakeholder feedback.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure offer marketing aligns with in-app experience.
• Manage campaign post-mortems and reports and deduce new learnings and opportunities.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

• Degree or certificate in Marketing Communications and/or Advertising
• 2+ years of coordination experience
• 2+ year product marketing or project management experience
• Experience using project/team management tools and working in sprints (Asana, Jira, google docs, etc)
• Proven expertise in flawless program execution with strong time management skills & ability to multi-task
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities

Nice-to-have

• Experience driving acquisition for a mobile app
• Startup experience in a high growth / scaling startup
• Proficiency in results reporting and analytical skills
• Building partnerships and managing complex relationships with external partners.
