Profil:
  • Soutenir l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe marketing et les gestionnaires commerciaux dans la pr\xc3\xa9paration du plan pour la marque de 2023
  • Aide \xc3\xa0 l\'analyse des donn\xc3\xa9es et \xc3\xa0 la compr\xc3\xa9hension de l\'impact des initiatives num\xc3\xa9riques, ainsi qu\'\xc3\xa0 la collecte des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques pour aider au d\xc3\xa9veloppement proc\xc3\xa9dures d\'utilisation normalis\xc3\xa9es
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99organisation d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements et de r\xc3\xa9unions internes et externes
  • Travailler avec les ambassadeurs du Culture Club / Joy pour faire avancer le plan d\'engagement et de simplicit\xc3\xa9

Our team is looking for a proactive, energetic student that has completed at least the 1st year of University and is interested in working with a dynamic team of marketers and digital innovators to gain commercial experience. In this role, you will be exposed to the Rare Disease business, the operating plan process, the adoption of digital initiatives and engagement and simplification activities that make the Rare Disease unit a great place to work.

Profile:
  • Support Marketers and Commercial Leads in preparation of 2023 brand planning
  • Help with data analysis and understanding of impact of digital initiatives as well as the gathering of learnings and best practices to assist in development of Digital SOPs/playbooks
  • Aid in the organization of internal and external events and meetings
  • Work with Culture Club/Joy ambassadors to drive forward the engagement and simplicity plan
  • Support ad hoc projects for the Rare Disease Marketing Team


Basic Requirements:
  • Experience working with Office 365 (TEAMs, Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills
  • Bilingualism preferred
