As an Agent team member you will posses business development skills which will allow you to be a successful producer in home, auto and life insurance. Main ResponsibilitiesAssisting our customers with their payments/billingExecute changes to customer auto and home insurance policiesCommunicate with car dealerships and lawyers’ officesFollow up on underwriting documentation requestsLiaise with the Desjardins Marketing RepresentativeEmail correspondenceAnswer customer incoming phone callsProvide overall excellent customer service experience.
