Overview2 Full-stack DevelopersREMOTE, Victoria, BC3-year PR in CanadaContractsQualificationsThe Developer is required to have a minimum of 2 years experience in the following skills: Programming, testing, and otherwise supporting the development and maintenance of systems by:1. translating software specifications into code.2. Document technical work.3. developing technical reference materials; and4. supporting provision of post-implementation maintenance services through liaison with Business Analysts and clients. In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have a minimum of 2 years experience in the following additional skills and experience:1. bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.2. Experience with agile software development methodologies, preference will be given to consultants who have Scrum Certification.3. Experience as a Full Stack Developer.4. Experience of Node JS, RESTful API Development, CSSm HTML, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, OpenShift, Jtest;5. Demonstration of analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.6. Experience using a variety of modern development tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries, relational and non-relational databases.7. Experience with API development and integration and continuous development environments.8. Experience in frontend and backend development.9. Experience with version control technologies such as subversion and Git and development in an open [1] source environment.10. Experience with relational and non-relational databases; and11. Preference will be given to consultants with a minimum of two years of experience with Kubernetes, User Interface Design, MERN, PERM, Docker, Redis, Jenkins, Serverless, User Experience Design, Design Systems, MongoDB, Package Management, YARN, Amazon Web Services, Test Driven Development.
