Job Description

As a 1st Assistant Manager at Zumiez, you help lead the store alongside the Store Manager by driving sales, developing the team, and creating a high-energy, customer-focused environment. You'll play a key role in training staff, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly -- all while earning hourly pay

plus individual sales commissions

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the team Drive personal and team sales to meet store goals Provide an energetic, knowledgeable customer experience Help with scheduling, training, and daily operations Uphold visual merchandising and loss prevention standards

Compensation:

Hourly pay

plus commission on personal sales

Qualifications:

Retail and/or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and motivation skills Passion for streetwear, skate, and the Zumiez culture Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.30-$20.00 per hour
