Assistant Manager
to join our team at our Calgary location.

Daily Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Respond to customer needs with personalized service and expert advice
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Ensure effective and attractive merchandising
Provide internal training to team members
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset
2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, or relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills
Proven skills in management, organization, and communication
Customer-oriented with solid sales and advisory abilities
