Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as 108 Golf Resort Staff. As part of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services at our resort. We are looking for an individual who is well rounded and is capable to work in all departments including Front desk, Housekeeping, Pro Shop, Concession, and Maintenance.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and provide information about resort amenities and services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with front desk duties including reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a welcoming and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience

- Maintain a clean working environment and abide by food safe practices.

Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations is advantageous
