Qualifications

Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario. Current CPR certificate. Proficient in IV Initiation skills. Satisfactory performance appraisal in current position if internal. Documented commitment to continuing education through inservice, staff meetings and self-motivated learning. Training/experience in MDS. Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience in CQI teams. Satisfactory Attendance for internal candidates Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence. Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check.
