: Summary
The Test Analyst will work closely with the development team, assisting with all aspects of the agile development cycle, and ensuring their work meets agreed functional specifications and internal quality targets.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Be proactive early in the software development lifecycle
• Work cross-functional; liaise with the wider technical team and customers
• Produce Test documentation including but not limited to Test Plans, Manual Test Scripts, Test Reports, Defect Management and Reporting
• Use agile SCRUM boards (i.e. JIRA or similar) to track stories and raise tickets
• Give feedback to the wider technical team
• Identify defects early and ensure the quality of software

• 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working on deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated experience in software testing
• Experience to work in agile software development teams incl. experience in agile tooling
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in creating and executing database queries to support testing, such as using SQL
• Experience of test automation would be desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to diplomatically advocate within organizational levels
