Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario Current BCLS Certification Current IV Initiation Skills certification (adult) Advanced central venous access devices (CVAD) certification Below the Drip Chamber Drug Administration certified Current Oncology Nursing Society ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/ Immunotherapy certification OR de Souza Institute - Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification Minimum 2 years experience working front-line administering systemic chemotherapy/immunotherapy (inpatient or outpatient setting)


Excellent communication especially related to patient education Documented commitment to continuing education through in-service, staff meetings and self-motivated learning Experience in fast paced clinical environment Acceptable attendance for internal employees Acceptable performance appraisal in current position Commitment to patient care & safety and service excellence Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check
