VIDEO CONFERENCING ASSISTANT

The First Nations University of Canada is looking for qualified Video Conferencing Assistants, from March 27 to April 30, 2025

Duties and Qualifications:

Applicants have to be located in Regina, Saskatchewan, and be able to attend class times in person. Post-secondary education is required. Superior communication skills (written and verbal); Excellent Organizational Skills Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and compliance with reporting requirements;

Responsibilities:

Set up video-conference equipment as needed. Consult with the instructor on academic or student related matters as needed; Invigilate students during exams and other course work; Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom;

Tuesday and Thursday 11:30-12:45 Regina

Wednesday 11:30-2:15 Regina

Wednesday 2:30-5:15 Regina

Final exams are on:

17-Apr 9:00 am to 12 pm

22-Apr 2:00 to 5 pm

23-Apr 9:00 am to 12 pm

16-Apr 2:00 to 5 pm
